2. Method of Digital Delivery

Delivery of project milestones occurs strictly through modern electronic channels:

• Codebases and Web Platforms: Delivered via secure Git repository transfers (GitHub / GitLab), direct cloud deployments (Vercel / AWS / Cloudflare), and live staging environments.
• Brand Identity and Design Assets: Delivered via secure cloud download links containing production-ready vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS), high-resolution exports (PNG, JPEG), and design kits (Figma).
• Automation and Integrations: Delivered by activating tested pipelines, webhooks, and administrative access on the client's verified business accounts.
• Research and Reports: Delivered as encrypted PDF summaries, raw structured spreadsheets (CSV / XLSX), and interactive dashboard links.

3. Delivery Timelines

Specific delivery milestones are outlined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) mutually executed before project kickoff. Standard reference timelines are:

• Discovery and Architectural Plans: Typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days following receipt of the initial project retainer and required project inputs.
• Custom Websites and Applications: Staging prototypes are typically made accessible within 2 to 4 weeks, with final production handover scheduled upon completion of client testing and sign-off.
• Automation Pipelines: Configured and activated within 5 to 14 business days depending on API complexity.

4. Shipping Costs

Because all deliverables are provided via electronic transmission, there are zero shipping fees, handling charges, or postal duties applied to any digital service transaction.
