The Challenge

Every year, over 30 million Indian aspirants apply for competitive government examinations (UPSC, SSC, NEET, JEE, State PSCs). Candidates face harsh application rejections due to strict file size limits (20KB - 50KB), mandatory date-stamped photo dimensions, and specific DPI signature requirements. Most existing online tools harvest sensitive applicant photos and documents onto insecure third-party servers.

The Architecture

We built FormHelper Online with an uncompromising zero-server data architecture:

• Client-Side Canvas Processing: Utilizing WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas API to resize, compress, crop, and date-stamp images completely inside the user's browser without uploading a single byte to any remote server.
• Precision Specification Engine: Pre-calibrated aspect ratios and byte-size compression algorithms matching official National Testing Agency (NTA), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) gazette notifications.
• Statutory Document Generators: Instant client-side templates for RTI applications, consumer complaints, lost document affidavits, and electricity meter transfers.
