The Challenge

India's public statistical data is scattered across thousands of disconnected PDF gazettes, legacy ministry tables, and archaic state bulletins. Citizens, researchers, and journalists lack an interactive, unbiased, and visual map-first atlas to understand demographics, economic reality, healthcare vitals, and electoral trends.

The Architecture

We architected and engineered Azad Cafe from the ground up as an independent, interactive public data atlas:

• WebGL Choropleth Map Engine: High-performance, canvas-rendered geospatial vector polygon layers capable of rendering all 36 States/UTs and 700+ district boundaries in under 16ms without browser lag.
• Actuarial Proofs & Mathematical Purity: Zero fabricated numbers. Every metric is grounded strictly in official Census of India, NFHS-5, Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS), and CPCB gazettes.
• Empirical Vitals & Happiness Engine: Built the Gross State Happiness Index, live population clock, state comparison arena, and citizen percentile calculators.

The Outcome

A lightning-fast, map-first public portal serving verified empirical intelligence to citizens across India with zero tracking, zero paywalls, and uncompromising brutalist clarity.
